Matilde Skincare works with TNT Global Express for express shipments and with Poste Italiane for standard shipments. We ship throughout Europe.
The standard shipping cost with Poste Italiane is 4.25 euros for all of Europe.
The express shipping costs with TNT Global Express are as follows:

Shipping Times:
The delivery of the products purchased on www.matildeskincare.com takes place within the times and according to the methods indicated below.
Standard shipping times with Poste Italiane are 4-7 days for all of Italy. On the other hand, fast shipping times are 1-3 days.
Delivery times may be delayed in the event of holidays. The products will in any case be delivered within 30 calendar days, according to the terms of the law.
Matilde Skincare processes all orders on Monday and Thursday of the week. Your order will be delivered to Poste Italiane or TNT Global Express on the first Monday or Thursday following your order. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification indicating the link to track your order.
The shipping costs of the order are non-refundable, except in the case of errors attributable to Matilde Skincare.
In case of absence of the recipient, another delivery attempt will follow in the following days. In case of further absence and if no news is received from the recipient in the following 5 days, the package will be returned to the sender. The costs of the new shipment will be borne by the recipient even in the case of previously free shipments.
